Led by FM professor Mark Mobach at Hanze University, a new Dutch PhD project will study how cleaners and nurses on hospital wards can collaborate more effectively through task integration. The work probes one of the long-standing fault lines in healthcare-FM: where the broom ends and the patient pathway begins.
