Italian integrated FM platform Service Key Group has acquired 100% of Multi Manutenzione, a specialist in building maintenance for healthcare, hospital, industrial and commercial facilities active since 1992. With over 7,500 staff, Service Key Group is consolidating its position as a leading Italian FM provider. The acquisition signals continued consolidation in the Southern European FM market.
