Elior at Work (the regional B&I brand of Elior UK) has secured a five-year catering and hospitality contract at the newly refurbished Paisley Town Hall in Scotland, worth approximately £4M. The scope is broader than standard B&I — bars, hospitality, event catering across theatre, weddings, conferences and civic events — i.e. a venue-operator deal more than a workplace-canteen deal. For Scottish public-venue procurement, the model is single-operator across all on-site F&B, with menu and operational uplift baked into the renewal.
