British Council for Offices (BCO) Midlands & Central England Regional Awards named five winners at Birmingham's Eastside Rooms on 8 May. Three Chamberlain Square (Birmingham) took both Commercial Workplace and ESG — the first BREEAM Outstanding + targeting NABERS 5* + EPC A + WiredScore + ActiveScore Platinum building in the West Midlands. Other winners: 10 Brindleyplace (Fit Out, Standard Life), NESO The Energy Lab Warwick (Projects up to 2,500 sq m, 90-staff co-design + zero waste to landfill), 19 Cornwall Street (Refurb), and No.1 BHIC (Innovation — life sciences campus near Univ. of Birmingham).
