Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) has won a £10M five-year integrated FM contract at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, awarded via the Crown Commercial Framework. Scope: planned and reactive building maintenance, M&E, plumbing, small works, cleaning and waste management across academic buildings, public spaces and halls of residence. The Edinburgh Innovation HUB will be brought into scope within 12–18 months. RFM's CEO Adrian Mole emphasises site-based delivery supported by digital systems.
