More than 375 operations, maintenance and building-management professionals gathered at IFM Summit Madrid 2026 under the theme "¿Vamos a romper el ciclo?" ("Are we going to break the cycle?"). Speakers from ALE-HOP, Elecnor, FNAC, Grupo EULEN, IKEA, The Adecco Group and Verisure walked through how their operating models are shifting from reactive to predictive — with AI featured in both strategic and specialist sessions. Tech vendors showed new tooling for asset management, maintenance and smart buildings.
