BCIA Awards 2026: UK building-controls industry's annual benchmark crowns the year's BEMS, smart-buildings and building-performance leaders
The Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) has revealed its 2026 award winners — the UK industry's annual benchmark for innovation, achievement and leadership across building controls, automation and smart buildings. The awards span BEMS (building energy management systems), smart-buildings projects and building-performance work — i.e. the kit and integrations sitting between HVAC plant and the data layer FM teams use for decarbonisation, ESG reporting and predictive maintenance. For specifying engineers and FM procurement, the winners list is a useful 12-month shortlist filter.
