Scotland sets a circular roadmap for the built environment, backed by a Mission Board
Zero Waste Scotland has published a Built Environment Roadmap to Circularity and convened an industry-led Mission Board to steer the shift away from a take-make-waste model. With construction and demolition generating roughly half of Scotland's waste and a tenth of its emissions, the roadmap puts material reuse, circular procurement and finance reform on the FM and asset agenda.
